Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our service and products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
Phoenix Bikes is unable to warranty bicycles or other goods it sells. All bicycles and other goods are sold in as-is condition without a warranty of any kind. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- All returns/exchanges must be brand new and accompanied by all of the original packaging and paperwork.
- Items that have been damaged from use during the 30-day period are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to: Scratched or dented wheels, scratched or gouged items of any kind, items that have been damaged by improper installation, items with damaged bolts.
- A refund will be applied to the original form of payment. You will receive a check if you paid in cash.
- Bicycles must be in showroom condition. Subject to the manager's approval.
- Original or return shipping charges are non-refundable
- There are no refunds on as-is bikes purchases. As-is bikes are purchased in their current condition with no work or parts included in the as-is price.
- Used parts can be returned if they were bought damaged. No exchanges if the part is not compatible with your setup.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- As-Is bikes
- Labor
- Custom bicycles
- Custom wheels
- Used parts
